These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HeyContacts mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
HeyContacts is a personal relationship management app that helps you organize contacts and related information, including notes, reminders/dates, gifts, and photos.
The App is intended for personal organization and informational use.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are under the required age, you may use the App only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
4. Apple EULA
This App is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

If these Terms conflict with Apple’s mandatory terms, Apple’s terms apply to that extent.
5. Permissions and Device Services
To provide features, the App may request access to Apple services and permissions you control, including:
Contacts (import/save contacts),
Notifications (reminders),
Photo Library Add-Only (save photos),
iCloud/CloudKit (backup, restore, and sync when available).
You can revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings, but some features may stop working.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple, not by us.
Subscription terms, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s billing rules.
You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
use the App lawfully,
provide and maintain accurate information you choose to store,
verify reminder dates and details independently,
maintain access to your own Apple account and device security.
You are responsible for your use of the App and the data you store in it.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App except as allowed by law,
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted,
misuse the App in ways that harm the service, other users, or third parties,
use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
9. Data, Backup, and Sync
The App may store data locally and may use iCloud/CloudKit features where available.
You acknowledge that cloud availability depends on Apple services and account status.
You are responsible for reviewing backups and keeping your device/account configured correctly.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on all devices, OS versions, or regions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of use, or missed reminders, arising from or related to use of the App.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if required by law or if misuse/abuse is detected.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
